The state commission investigating the horrific Parkland massacre issued a stunning recommendation that teachers be armed in order to prevent future attacks. The Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission has drafted a 407 page report detailing many of the mistakes and errors made in preventing and thwarting the attack that claimed 17 people.
